Quick AL Privacy Policy

Quick AL is an aluminium window estimation, fabrication reporting, glass cutting, and glass sheet optimization app provided by MMH.

Information we collect

We only collect what you type into the app yourself, plus what is needed to keep your account secure:

• Account details — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a salted hash, never in readable form).
• Workshop details — the company name, phone, and address you optionally enter in Settings, used to print on your own invoices and reports.
• Project data — window sizes, rates, and customer details you enter, and the reports generated from them.
• Subscription details — your plan and its expiry; Google Play purchase information for Play Store installs, or your payment reference for direct website installs.
• Security records — sign-in attempts with the IP address and device/browser name, kept to protect your account from misuse.

What we do not collect

Quick AL does not read your contacts, messages, call logs, photos, location, camera, or microphone, and it does not request permission to do so — you can confirm this on the app's permissions screen in your Android settings. We do not track your activity outside Quick AL, and the app contains no advertising or analytics software. We never collect or store full card numbers; online card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure user accounts, provide estimation and fabrication features, generate PDF reports, manage subscriptions, verify purchases, improve app reliability, prevent misuse, and provide customer support.

Payments and subscriptions

Subscriptions for Play Store installs are processed through Google Play Billing. Direct website installs may use local bank or wallet payment references submitted by the user for manual approval. We do not collect or store full card numbers.

PDF reports and project data

PDF reports may be generated temporarily so they can be downloaded or shared by the user. These temporary files are not intended for permanent storage on our server and may be automatically removed.

Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, workshop details, or project data with anyone for their own use, and we never use it for advertising. Quick AL contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking software.

Your information is only handled by the service providers we need in order to run the app — our cloud hosting and database, our email provider (to send you sign-in and receipt emails), our payment provider (Safepay, for online payments), and Google Play (for subscriptions bought inside the Play Store version). These providers act on our instructions only. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to keep Quick AL reliable and protected.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can permanently delete your account and all of its data yourself at any time from Settings inside the app, or on our Delete Account page — no email or waiting required. You can also contact us to do it for you.

Children

Quick AL is intended for aluminium and glass business users and is not directed to children under 13.
